It is standard procedure to make sure delivery stays fast and efficient. That is why we have enlisted only the most reliable courier services to complete this important task.

Once payment is cleared, your order will be processed and collected from our warehouse. This process should take no longer than 1 working day. The items will then be sent to our partner couriers and you should expect to receive your orders within 3-5 days. You will also be immediately notified via email should there be a delay or unavailability in stocks. We also offer expedited delivery and a Next Day Delivery Service in the UK. We offer a Two Day Guarantee Delivery service for most of Europe; please enquire with us prior to ordering.

Do note that The Bamboo Pillow will not be liable for any damages, losses, charges and expenses caused by any delay other than negligence on our part. You will assume ownership and responsibility of the ordered goods once they are delivered to you. Delaying the acceptance of your delivery will not be liable to us with the exception of said negligence on our part.
