How do I buy something?

On the product page, click on  the Add to Cart button. Once you have your order/s placed, click on the shopping cart button located at the upper right, this will then redirect you to the checkout page.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

No. Once you have purchased an item, you will be directed to the billing page where you will enter your billing details. You are only required to log in if you are a repeat / returning customer. However by signing up you will received monthly discounts from us.

I have forgotten my password, now what?

Below the login page you may click the Lost Password link.

What methods of payment are accepted?

As of the moment, we accept all major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro & American Express.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

For orders within the United Kingdom, we offer next-day delivery. For international orders, the period may differ, depending on which country.

Before placing an order, please check with our customer support team on the delivery period for your country. If you’re going to need your bamboo products for a certain date, we recommend placing your orders in advance so they can reach you in time.

How do I get a refund?

If you wish to cancel your order, we request that you do so within 30 days for you to receive your refund. Simply call or email us and be sure to remember your order number so that we can properly track the items.

How do I return / exchange items?

While we take extra care to ensure our products are of high quality, there may be cases where you may not be 100% satisfied or encountered product issues upon delivery. If so, please contact our support team. You may also check out our Return Policy page for more details.
